They treat them without medication or surgery and prevent them from returning. Chiropractic care can also promote health and improve your quality of life, as well as alleviate pain.

I love helping people achieve better health. The look of relaxation on a patient’s face after a treatment is what makes me so happy to be a chiropractor!

I graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto in 2002. I worked briefly in Australia then opened a multidisciplinary clinic as a co-founding partner in Scarborough in 2004. I am now so happy to be in “Nautical Village” in Pickering at the south end of Liverpool Road by the lake. The natural beauty resonates and the active lifestyle represented by the walking paths out my front door is just perfect for my practice. I take my time with each patient, listening for the clues that help to find the root cause of your condition each visit. I use chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, ultrasound, and CranioSacral therapy as part of my treatment protocols. I prescribe stretching and strengthening programs informed by my undergraduate degree in Phys. Ed. and my yoga practice. I also fit for Custom Orthotics if they are required for your care.

I love helping the community in any way that I can, with speaking engagements at the Running Room, churches, and schools. It is hard to believe it has been five years already. The kids have grown so much and now Grace is 3! I look forward to many more years in this lovely location.
